How to register

Email cs@sakishears.com with:

1. Your name and the email you'd like the code sent to
2. Where you bought them (Amazon, salon name, or retailer)
3. Your order or receipt number and the purchase date
4. The model and size, as shown on your order or receipt. Not sure? Send a photo and we'll identify them.

We reply within one business day with your replacement code and its expiry date.

The conditions

Registration within 60 days of delivery. Saki Shears and Intelio Steel only; excludes Yasaka and Joewell. One registration per pair. Codes are redeemable on sakishears.com, are not combinable with other discounts, and expire two years from your purchase date.
